For those who work a typical 9-to-5, Monday through Friday job, weekends are a great time for meal prep.

No matter what your schedule looks like, the ideal time for meal prep is right after the grocery store. Instead of buying bags full of healthy fresh ingredients and forgetting them in the back of the fridge, get them prepped before putting them away.
